The Delhi High Court Monday denied bail to previous Union pastor P Chidambaram in the INX Media defilement case. Chidambaram, who was captured on August 21 by CBI sleuths from his Jor Bagh living arrangement in New Delhi, is currently in legal guardianship in Tihar correctional facility till October 3.
